Production Time

At Eclat Steps, every pair of shoes is crafted with precision and care. Our production timeline ensures that each product meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

Made-to-Order Footwear: 7–10 business days
Customized or Limited Edition Designs: 10–14 business days

Important Note:
Occasionally, production times may extend due to high order volumes, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you promptly if any delays occur.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and product type. Please note that the timeframes below are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs or carrier delays.

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 5–8 business days
International Orders: 12–18 business days
APO/FPO Military Addresses: Up to 40–45 business days

Important Note:
Some shipments may experience extended delays (20–25 business days) due to customs processing or logistics issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

United States

Orders below $100 → $6.99 shipping fee
Orders $100 and above → FREE Shipping

International

Orders below $150 → $9.99 shipping fee
Orders $150 and above → FREE Shipping

Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer single-destination shipping per order.
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that APO/FPO deliveries may take longer due to military security procedures.

Taxes, Duties & VAT

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your Éclat Steps checkout total.
