2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Eclat Steps has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
